Job Description: Asphalt Foreman Job Description Summary: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of an asphalt paving crew, including laydown, compaction, milling, and clean-up operations. - Must be able to work nights and weekends as required. - Responsible for the safety of the crew and the quality of asphalt workmanship on every project.
