The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an Assistant Director of Workforce Development Enrollment & Operations to lead the day ‑ to ‑ day enrollment operations supporting Workforce Development (WD) and Employer Partnerships. This role provides operational leadership across systems, processes, and people to ensure student ‑ centered, efficient, and scalable enrollment services aligned with institutional and workforce priorities. As a key operational partner to the Director of Operations and Assistant Vice President (AVP), this position translates divisional strategy into effective execution—driving continuous improvement, strengthening cross ‑ functional collaboration, and ensuring high ‑ quality service delivery for students, employers, and internal partners.
