We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part time (20 hours per week) basis, based out of our Support Centre in Yeovil. The opportunity to work from home is provided and a hybrid model can be arranged to suit both the individual and the needs of the business. What you will be doing: As the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, you will deal with a wide range of enquiries; from providing information about our products and services through to dealing with complaints and processing customer refunds or exchanges as well as providing updates regarding product delivery. You will liaise with suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries and to ensure you are aware of order status, stock availability and delivery times.
