This role ensures service work is delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with company standards, customer agreements, and regulatory requirements. The Service Manager provides day-to-day leadership to service technicians and service coordination staff, drives accountability for performance metrics, and serves as a key liaison between customers, field teams, project operations, and leadership.
