IT Business Analyst

Job description

Position: Business Analyst Forward Air is seeking a Business Analyst preferably with experience in LTL freight operations and transportation processes (Linehaul, Pickup & Delivery, Terminal Operations, Freight Rating, and Carrier Settlements).We are searching for a candidate with strong initiative to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT projects. Experience with LTL operations, freight billing, and transportation terminology preferred. Excellent written and communication skills are required. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work with business leaders, functional users, and move/lead IT projects across the finish line with nominal guidance. Experience with SQL and data analytics preferred.
