You'll be the go-to person for ensuring top-quality fulfillment operations, mentoring your teammates, and keeping our production lines running smoothly. What You'll Do: - Lead Line Operations – Set up production lines, monitor kit preparation, and perform First Piece Approval - Team Coordination – Direct and motivate Fulfillment Associates, flex employees, and temp staff to meet specifications - Quality Assurance – Conduct in-process audits, enforce quality standards, and stop production if needed to correct concerns - Data & Reporting – Verify and report labor data, complete job tickets, and track efficiency metrics - Technical Skills – Use EZPOP system/Hydra for preflighting and Excel for formatting - Finishing Tasks – Packing, counting, labeling, shrink wrapping, and equipment operation - Sustainability – Follow environmental practices including recycling, waste reduction, and energy conservation - Continuous Improvement – Evaluate...
