During the first 60 days, new trainers earn commissions from paid sessions & New Member Sessions, plus a special bonus ($500-$1000 each month during their first 3 months) for meeting session goals. Instructors are guaranteed to earn at least minimum wage for all hours worked. Preferred Qualifications: Full Studio Certification: Must be fully studio certified or on track to complete Full Studio Certification within 6 months of hire.
