Description The Agency Nurse at New Purpose is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Working in a supportive and person-centered environment, the Agency Nurse will assess health conditions, develop care plans, and administer treatments while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for our service recipients Requirements: Conduct comprehensive health assessments and document medical history for service recipients. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and families. Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed medical interventions in accordance with policies and regulations if necessary ? Maintain Medical charts and conduct telephonic and in-person coordination with Doctors, Nurses, other medical personnel and Service department. ? The RN is also responsible for the distribution of medication, conducting blood glucose checks, blood pressure and other nursing requirements for individuals supported, per doctors’ orders. ?
