Senior Talent Manager Location : Hybrid working at our office in Wimbledon . Salary: Permanent: Contract: Full Time: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Manager to join our Talent & Leadership team here at Domestic & General. Join our Talent & Leadership team and play a key role in delivering our ambitious Talent Management agenda across D&G. This role will lead the evolution of our approach to identifying , developing and retaining talent — building an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports our strategic business goals , with a focus on internal talent development, succession, and progression rather than TA/recruitment activity. Blending thought leadership with hands-on delivery, they will design and implement a range of talent initiatives from concept through to execution and evaluation. They will work in close partnership with senior stakeholders to embed best-in-class talent practices and contribute to the wider People Strategy.
