Act as part of a team responsible for the support, evaluation, and treatment of adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Perform all case management and operational duties assigned by the Residential Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Provide operational duties assigned by the Residential Manager. This may include: ordering medication, assisting individuals with banking, monitoring program money and petty cash, grocery shopping, assisting with training new staff. Provide case management duties as needed. This may include: attending and participating in meetings regarding individual(s), writing monthly progress notes, Individual Support Plans and assessments and objectives for annual reviews, assisting with the development of behavior plans or intervention strategies, collecting data, and completing all other paperwork as requested.
