We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about quality care and teamwork to join our team with the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza. As a member of the perioperative team, you will collaborate with Physicians, CRNAs, Surgical Technologists and other professionals to deliver high-quality care before, during and after surgery. Schedule: - Interviewing and assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial and holistic needs to plan, implement and evaluate patient-focused care. - Reviewing surgeons’ pre-requisites and test results, communicating abnormalities and/or omissions to appropriate personnel. - Collaborating and coordinating care with other health care team members to promote quality outcomes. - Utilizing nursing processes to identify individual patient needs, including education and care planning. - Adapting calmly to unexpected events such as emergency surgeries, changes in patient c...
