Product Support Sales Coordinator

Ziegler CAT has an opening in our Power Systems division for a Product Support Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support for Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) and the Product Support Sales Supervisor. Duties include coordinating Ziegler’s National Accounts with Caterpillar dealers across the nation, Maintaining and invoicing Customer Value Agreements (CVA’s) for Local and National Accounts, Updating CRM’s for customer equipment, entering, updating and creating service calls and scheduled services in the Microsoft D365 system, and coordinating with field service dispatch to adjust service schedules for customers.
