What You'll Do: ** $4K Sign on Bonus ** ** This position will coordinate with several centers, with Dover, NH being the primary ** ** Will assist with coverage and travel to some of our centers in Maine as well ** ** RN license required for NH & ME (Compact) ** As an MDS Coordinator / Nurse Assessment Coordinator, you will complete and assure the accuracy of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for all residents.
