Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor is responsible for scheduling the team; managing orders and transfers due daily to meet the required order ship date; meeting all replenishment demands; and ensuring the warehouse orders are picked and delivered. They will assist in all aspects of the bulk warehouse processes, including managing the placement/consolidation of warehouse stock, completing all case picks in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. The Supervisor will also provide hands-on leadership and training to warehouse team to assist in strategic growth and development of individual, team, and company-wide goals. They will lead and participate in orientations, training, and ongoing development of team personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
