JOB SUMMARY: Ensures that front office operations for the Holistic Health Clinic run smoothly and efficiently. Primary responsibilities include greeting clients, registration, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, processing payments, assisting with product sales and education, maintain inventory and handling sensitive information. Contributes and assists providers and staff to create timely, accurate, and quality client experience. The Client Services Representative must be personable, presentable, and organized.
