This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Planner and Siting Specialist for our Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH Dayton, OH Akron, OH Toledo, OH or other regional offices such as Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Pittsburgh, PA and Indianapolis, IN. Take part in providing local technical planning assistance for capturing, modeling, and analyzing study area information, geographical resources, and spatial and tabular data to inform and create plans for site and/or linear utility projects in the Midwest. Tasks may include providing support under general supervision for a wide range of services related to the preparation of siting and routing studies, site visits and/or public open houses, preparing field maps and processing data for ecological studies, and creating plan maps for various environmental plans and permits. Candidate will need to generate accurate and concise documentation, ensuring that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards.
