Position Summary: The Trust Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the Firm’s Trust Team, maintaining trust records, and overseeing daily operations, including the processing of trust transactions. Regular in-office presence is required to support day-to-day operations, team meetings, training, and relationship building. This role will be based in our Miami office, on an in-office basis. This role reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Key Responsibilities: Manages and reconciles trust accounts in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. Oversees the cash receipts and disbursements related to client trust transactions. Ensures timely and accurate posting of deposits, disbursements, and interest allocations.
