Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Spanish Academic Req: Required – Bachelor of Science in Nursing Certifications: Current, unrestricted RN license with the state of program; Current BLS certifications (PALS preferred); First aid; CPR Work experience: Required – Five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse and two (2) years of management experience Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet and maintain all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position. 2. Develop medical clinic staffing schedules and assignments and provide solutions to resolve staffing gaps. 3. Provide medical staff with necessary training to ensure competence in assigned position and compliance with all quarterly, bi-annual, and annual program training requirements and to Compass Connections staff and service population on medical issues and Compass Connections staff best practices on practices regarding CPR, First Aid, BLS, calling 9-1-1 and controlling contagious disease, quality health care and emergency response preparedness. 4.
