Then we’re looking for you. We’re seeking a Junior Business Consultant who supports the Connecting tribe business consultants in driving execution and making change land on the floor. You support the implementation of change by building understanding of our strategy and operating model, while also bringing a fresh perspective and ideas. You help translate initiatives into concrete actions, follow up on progress, and support teams in preparing for and adopting changes. In this hands-on role, you contribute to delivering key activities yourself, such as preparing materials, coordinating actions, and helping to resolve issues.
