Automotive Development Director, Continental Europe Location: Amsterdam, hybrid: The Opportunity: Reporting to the European Business Development & Commercial Director, you will help accelerate Assurant's automotive growth across target European markets including Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. You will work with local teams to identify, secure, and launch strategic partnerships that expand Assurant's footprint across Continental Europe. You will bring deep automotive expertise, a structured approach to market development, and the ability to coordinate cross‑territory growth plans. You will be a bridge between local market opportunities and Assurant's broader European Auto strategy, ensuring understanding, consistency, and disciplined execution. Given the multi‑market nature of the role, proficiency in English is essential plus fluency in the local language to build relationships with local OEMs, dealer groups, and industry partners.
