CT Technologist 2 - (Full-time, Day Shift) - Temporary Position Job Summary: Under general supervision, the position is responsible for conducting three-dimensional (3-D) post-processing, triaging patients, exams, and performing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) for adult patients. In addition, the position can perform more technical exams and provide support and guidance to the lower-level classification(s). The position works with clinical students as needed, follows HIPAA and corporate compliance guidelines, and is capable of producing the work of the lower-level classification. The CT Technologist 2 is the journey-level classification in the CT Technologist classification series. Performs related duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Completion of an accredited American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Educational Program is required. Two (2) years of experience in Computed Tomography (CT) is required. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of CT Radiology procedures, CT Scanners, post-processing, TAVR CTA for adult patients, radiation safety and universal precautions, and general office software and equipment.
