Position Overview The Culture Vacation Relief moves around the production floor, performing various production operation duties to relieve primary operators during lunches, breaks, or vacations. Days worked and hours assigned may temporarily change due to business requirements. Key Responsibilities: The Culture Vacation Relief shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: - Operate culture packaging machines and any associated machines, clean associated area and vats, and cook on a daily basis. - Will be responsible for operating equipment and processes to ensure a quality product is packaged, prepared, and loaded for delivery to customers in a safe manner. - Relieves Operator duties during regular schedules or as a backup for scheduled breaks and/or vacation periods. - Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. - Follow all safety and security policies and procedures. - All other duties assigned by management.
