Job Title: COG Train Conductor Job Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour (seasonal) Job Summary: The Broadmoor is committed to creating a culture of family and community while simultaneously providing a genuine, unforgettable experience for our guests and team. This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the COG team, the Conductor will be responsible for safety and comfort of passengers on trains. Gives speech describing the history, geology and fun facts about Pikes Peak and the Cog Railway. Make required reports to train dispatcher about passenger counts, weather conditions and other information as requested. This position will report to the Shop Foreman and Assistant Shop Foreman, Traffic Manager or Assistant Traffic Manager in Depot Area, Dispatcher when on trains, Engineer during emergency situations.
