Overview: Job Title: Space Development Agency (SDA) NOC Technician Security Clearance: Secret: Location : Scott AFB, IL: (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. ) Description: C3EL is seeking a cleared professional to support our mission at Scott AFB in Illinois. This Network Technician will support the Space Development Agency (SDA), providing 24/7/365 technical and operational support as part of a high-visibility, mission-critical Network Operations Center (NOC). Our customer, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers, the department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations. (This role is considered "Mission Essential" and may require supporting rotating shift work, which includes nights and weekends.) Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Create and update tickets. - Monitor network events and element management failures in real-time on a 24x7x365 basis across multiple monitoring tools.
