River Rock Casino Resort is recruiting for a qualified individual to fill the role of Surveillance Supervisor at our Richmond location. This position is responsible for the monitoring of all areas of the casino property and maintaining documentation. You will be working together with a team and will be required to write and generate reports. Duties and responsibilities for our Surveillance Supervisor will include: - Monitoring Surveillance Operators; verifying timesheets; providing input for performance evaluations - Monitoring, documenting and reporting violations regarding large cash/cash equivalent transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests and unauthorized access - Maintaining logs; preparing daily reports; storing records securely for evidence purposes - Monitoring, documenting and reporting on the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment; performing preventative maintenance on equipment as required - Training new Team Members - Communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments - Building strong working relationships with guests and employees - Complying with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations - Performing othe...
