About the Role As the Regional Fleet & Transport Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient transport of students across all OneSchool Global campuses nationally. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on oversight of fleet and transport operations, driving nationally consistent standards, systems, and governance frameworks. You will lead end-to-end fleet operations while uplifting safety, compliance, and performance across the organisation. You’ll work closely with state and national stakeholders, providing practical guidance and solutions across fleet lifecycle management, transport safety, compliance, systems, and supplier management, while fostering a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role is based in our Sydney office and reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
