Southampton Football Club are currently looking for host family providers to support our Academy players by providing a home away from home. The host family providers will help fulfil the club’s duty of care concerning our young people by ensuring appropriate accommodation and a nurturing environment is provided throughout the season to our young people who require it. Our placements vary from one/two-night stays to seven nights per week and we are looking for host families who can offer either of these placement types to our young people aged between 15–18 years old. You will be offering a ‘Home from Home’ environment for our Academy players, which will allow them to engage on the Football programme. Supporting them with their individual needs to ensure the players have a stable environment away from the pitch. What will you be doing?
