Job description

The Sr. Manager-FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and strategic insight for the Property Estimating Solutions (PES) business unit. This hands-on, highly analytical, and cross‑functional role blends advanced FP&A expertise with strong commercial acumen and partnership across Product, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate excels in driver‑based modeling, builds scalable financial processes, and navigates a global matrix to elevate financial performance and decision quality. Strategic FP&A Leadership: Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly performance analysis, and long‑range planning for the Claims Business. Build and maintain scalable driver‑based models that forecast revenue, margins, cost drivers, and product‑level performance. Deliver clear and concise variance analysis with actionable commentary for senior leadership. Business Partnering: Serve as strategic finance partner to Product, Sales, and Operations on pricing, profitability, pipeline, and customer economics.
