Overview Apogee is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting Department of War (DoW) contract hiring. You will drive full‑lifecycle recruiting for cleared and technical roles, partner with hiring managers and proposals to build staffing plans, and be a subject-matter source for mapping talent to contract labor categories. This is a full-time hybrid position at our company headquarters in Dayton, OH. Responsibilities: - Serve as the recruiting lead for assigned program(s); consult with hiring managers to define role KPIs, must-haves, and candidate profiles. - Draft compelling, role-specific job descriptions and postings that attract cleared technical talent. - Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, HireEZ, ATS, referrals, niche forums, events) and surface passive candidates. - Map candidate experience to contract labor categories (LCATs) and determine qualifications against PWS/SOW requirements. - Partner with the proposal team to create staffing plans and rapidly staff key positions for capture and proposal efforts. - Screen, assess, and present a concise qualified slate (scorecard-based).
