Job description

The Resident is involved in a combination of supervised, progressively more complex and independent patient evaluation and management functions, formal educational and research activities. Provision of care is commensurate with the physician's level of advancement and competence, under the general supervision of appropriately privileged attending teaching staff. 1. Patient Care 2. Other Duties as Assigned - Participate in safe, effective and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with their level of advancement and responsibility. Assume progressive responsibility for patient care activities according to residents' level of education, ability and experience. - Participate in the clinical evaluation and care of patients in a variety of patient care settings with sufficient frequency b.
