OVERNIGHT ARTISAN BREAD BAKER: Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seeking an Overnight Artisan Bread Baker to join our wholesale bakery team! REPORTS TO: Lead Baker SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: 4 x 10 hour shifts, 8:30pm - 6:30am JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: - Learning and honing the craft of baking from our skilled bakers - Shaping & proofing a variety of unique breads - Baking artisan breads using state of the art deck and convection ovens - Mixing various doughs and starters while maintaining consistent quality and schedule - Dipping and baking the best pretzels in town - Assisting in packing duties - Maintaining cleanliness - Putting away deliveries BENEFITS: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
