THE ROLE: The Investment Product Operations Senior Analyst acts as the day-to-day contact in supporting a range of process improvement activities, with a focus on key projects and advancement of initiatives specific to departmental processes. Leveraging strong attention to detail, the Senior Analyst reviews data, uncovers possible trends, escalating them to the Director of Business Operations, and applies the manager’s analysis to enhance the best practices of the team.
