Your duties will include communicating with the resort’s customers through various channels: email, phone, and also direct messages on social media. You should be prepared to work in a customer-facing role at Apukka Resort’s Adventure House. You are consistent, get along well with people, and have the ability to welcome customers like friends. You are present for the customer and help ensure their unforgettable holiday experience. The job consists of booking accommodation and activities for our guests, customizing holiday packages, and handling other daily digital and manual tasks.
