Overview About the Role: We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead our Large Diameter Tube Bending operations, including tube benders, end‑finishing cells, and tube laser cutting equipment. This role ensures the effective use of people, equipment, and processes to meet all safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. This is a salaried role - pay is based on the experience with manufacturing and job shop. Shop Schedule: 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm as a supervisor will need to ensure staff are ready for their shifts and the oncoming 2nd shift supervisor understands priorities.
