TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Establishment of Standardized Quality Control System: - Based on the operational processes of warehouses, distribution centers, last-mile delivery, etc., define SOPs, SLAs, safety compliance requirements, and exception handling mechanisms for each stage. - Build a reasonable operational quality monitoring system, promote the digitalization of quality control tools, ensure the accurate collection and maintenance of core quality control data, and output response plans for exception scenarios and quality management regulations. 2.
