Overview: Regional Manager Area Covers: Midlands + Northern Ireland (ideal location is within easy access of either Birmingham or Belfast airport) Permanent, Full-Time, Monday- Friday Salary up to £ 37,800 per annum + 10% OTE bonus and company car & fuel card plus other great benefits Can you lead, motivate and engage a sales team to deliver results? We have a unique opportunity to join us as a Regional Manager on our pladis Convenience account. As a Regional Manager your focus will be on inspiring, motivating and managing performance within your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field-based team preferably within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders. Our pladis team represents McVitie’s, Mini Cheddars, Jaffa Cakes, Jacobs, Go Ahead, Tuc, to name a few.
