Job Summary: The Building Maintenance Technician I will be responsible for maintaining and the overall operation of the buildings and utilities of the plants. This will include preventative maintenance programs designed to provide a healthy and safe environment for all employees, and customers of Lyons Magnus. Employees must have skills in plumbing, painting, light electrical and maintenance mechanic. Some computer skills are needed, and all work must be tracked in our CMMS system.
