Job description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator to support our government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role involves working in a cloud environment platform, primarily built with Java and leveraging Free and Open Source Software products such as Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo. The Cloud Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability of day-to-day operations, providing customer support, and possessing strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in system administration, monitoring large distributed systems with specific clustering requirements. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting large-scale cloud computing systems, including familiarity with big data management technologies (e.g., Hadoop, CASSANDRA). Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, follow SOPs, and communicate well. Willingness to learn new technologies and leverage senior resources for technical growth.
