This position is in support of the US European Command, located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. Responsible for leading the 45 person Knowledge Management team including coordinating technical projects and managing a diverse team of knowledge managers and software engineers. You will serve as Team Lead, providing both leadership and subject-matter expertise to ensure timely and effective project delivery. Facilitates requirements collection, defines solutions, oversees execution, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
