The Opportunity As Learning and Development Manager, this role will have ownership of strategic and operational leadership for a new L&D function. Reporting to the Associate Director of Employee Experience & Learning, you will have the opportunity to create innovative learning strategies and engaging learning experiences, ensuring Ulteig creates a culture of continuous learning and delivers on our employee value proposition. You will collaborate with leaders across the company to identify skills, training and development needs and utilize your expertise to create and execute an enterprise-wide, multi-year learning plan. You will play a critical role shaping our future, ensuring all team members are empowered to grow! What You’ll Do: Team Leadership: - Provides oversight and leadership to Learning and Development team members.
