This individual also oversees several client reconciliation files to ensure consistency and accuracy of the inventory is maintained. Along with file monitoring, the position also entails assisting in client project support and client system support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reviews and tracks incoming client files for both new business and payment volumes. Analyzes and reports on client placement data for inconsistencies or irregularities. Analyzes client reconciliation files for patterns and investigates opportunities to mitigate or resolve issues. Provides support with various client projects and implementations by submitting and overseeing tasks within our internal Synergy application.
