Summary: As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for preparing components for the molding process, operating a molding press on our epoxy molding production line, and ensuring the highest level of quality in all parts produced. Essential Functions: - Maintain accurate production paperwork (work orders) - Enter information into the computer system - Prepare components for the molding process - Inspect components prior to molding - Load multiple components into the mold - Start and monitor the molding cycle - Unload parts from the mold upon completion - Inspect, de-flash, and patch molded parts - Pack and label completed parts - Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements: - Prior production experience is a plus - Basic computer sk...
