Job Description: Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist Location: Slough, UK (on-site full-time): Salary: £43,300 - £52,000 (depending on the experience), annual bonus, benefits What are we looking for?: Preffered: Degree in Engineering, Supply, Business, or technical field of study with at least 2 years' experience in a TPM manufacturing environment OR: Around 4 years experience in manufacturing with Problem Solving experience Preferred: Formal qualification in Six Sigma problem solving or similar Mechanical/technical aptitude Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Clear ability to relate to and motivate people Certified trainer or demonstrated capability to effectively train associates Provides clear and effective coaching and feedback Experience managing contractors: Proficient in MS Office and SAP Experience with digitalisation and automation (preferred) What will be your key responsibilities?
