Your Role: - Validate basic customer orders and enter data accurately in SAP; - Serve as a first contact for simple customer questions and escalate complex requests; - Assist with delivery scheduling and updates in coordination with Logistics; - Prepare standard shipping and export documents; - Support monitoring of payments and help send reminders for overdue invoices; - Assist with stock checks, distribution plan updates, and basic after-sales follow-up.
