Registered Nurse, Nights ( Job Number: 554921 ) Description: Kindred Hospital Melbourne and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is 58-bed hospital offering the same in depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. With 47 long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital beds, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Similarly, our 11-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness. Located off of NASA Boulevard on the outskirts of downtown Melbourne, we are less than two miles from the shores of the Indian River and plenty of shops and restaurants. Job Summary: Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
