Brief Description: Use knowledge of welding techniques and processes, metallurgical and material types, material cutting processes (oxy/acetylene and plasma), weld symbols, and engineering blueprints to accomplish production goals. The Fitter will lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications using typical or common fabrication tools (tape measure, tri-square, etc.) and welds.
