KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Ability to analyze individual situations and make decisions in a fast paced environment - Detail oriented EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum two years’ work experience, QA and/or Training experience is a plus. - Automotive or I/M industry experience preferred. - Valid Driver’s License and good driving record Qualifications: POSITION PURPOSE: This position will assist the QA/QC manager with planning, specifying, managing and implementing training, quality assurance and quality control processes for the Illinois Vehicle Inspection Program. DUTIES AND RESPONS IBILITIES: - Responsible for the training of decentralized employees as well as any retraining that is necessary (classroom, hands on training, policies and procedures) - Assist QA/QC Manager in developing and implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures and scripts for performing acceptance testing on equipment and software in support of the Illinois Program. - Assisting centraliz...
