Job description
About the role: As a Supply Planner, you will manage supply planning for assigned brands across the network of operations for the North American region, ensuring on-time replenishment of stock to support the demand/sales forecast. As a conduit between the North American market and global production facilities, you will balance product availability with working capital targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the development and management of the Supply Plan/Replenishment for a group of designated brands. - Review supplier capacity, identify risk and advise caution where appropriate. Make recommendations to minimize supply interruptions. Ensure agreed upon modifications are implemented. - Review inventory and service levels vs targets for assigned portfolio. Develop corrective action plans where there’s misalignment. - In collaboration with the Supply Planning Manager, regularly assess and update safety stock policy and targets. - Assist in preparation of write off for obsolete/ damaged materials and finished products. - Assist in defining, validating, and implementing sourcing changes for new products/customers. - Actively participate in product lifecycle management. - Cont...
