JOB SUMMARY: Experienced and degreed Controller who has worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This person will report to the Division of Finance with a dotted line to the Plant Manager and will become a valued member of our Finance department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to monitor operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters dealing with the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization. - Manages the preparation of daily and weekly financial reporting, monthly forecast, annual operating plan and maintains surveillance on inventories and plant performance in relation to established objectives. - Manages all accounting activities involved in accounts payable, capital assets, general ledger and standard cost systems, as well as month end closing and reconciliation process, and ensure that all activities are in compliance with established plant, group and corporate policies and procedures. - Manages internal control processes for plant with direction from division and corporate finance teams. - Manages audit process of annual phys...
