Join our new Finance team in Lisbon! Administrative Back Office Manager is setting up a new team from scratch in Lisbon and is looking for two Finance Administrative Officers to support the daily operations of our international finance function. 🤓 The team You will join a team of 7 people : the manager + 6 administrative officers for supporting HR, finance and procurement activities. In 2026 team will grow to 10 people. 👨🔧 Your responsibilities 🧙♂️ Your core competencies Previous experience finance. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when working with complex data. Service‑oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
